The World Children’s Day & International Chef Day 2009 which was organized by Penang Sport Council, Penang Development Council, Penang Chef Association & sponsored by Pacific West was held in Youth Park recently. It had attracted more than 3000 participants. The children and guests who were invited by the organizer to attend the event were treated with the delicious Pacific West Fish & Chips and refreshingly tasty Island Way Sorbets.
Apart from sponsoring free fish & chips for the children, we have also set up a booth to promote our ready set meals and frozen packs with special price.
Though it was a hot afternoon, the children & guests were not affected by the humid weather as they were refreshed after eating the creamy Island Way fruit sorbet. Many joggers in the park were also attracted to come by and experience the unique taste of our healthy fruit sorbets which are 95% fat free.
