SAVA was the first company to introduce International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF) licensed dragon boats in South East Asia and through its flagship international dragon boat racing event, The SAVA Sprints International, provided participants premier competitive racing for enthusiastic rowers from South East Asia.
Having achieved excellent results in both local & international races, Penang Pacific West Dragon Boat Club participated in the recent SAVA Sprints International V race and won the championship in the 200m Corporate Open race. Being the only team representing Malaysia, Penang Pacific West Dragon Boat Club also bagged the 1st Runner UP trophy in the 200m Nation’s Cup tournament.
