From August 11 – 14, Malaysia’s largest food show made a handsome comeback with more than 700 participating companies from 50 over countries worldwide.  FHM 09 has successfully attracted more than 20,000 visitors from professionals, trade and business visitors related to food & hospitality industry.

Pacific West participated this expo with a new look. Several cooking demonstrations were held at various intervals. Ryan Khang, a professional chef from the Cooking House presented his creative recipes to complement Pacific West’s value-added seafood, providing the audience varied solutions in preparing healthy meals.

Pacific West’s guests from the food service industry were impressed with the versatility of PW products and managed to draw inspirations from the cooking demo in formulating their own menu for fine dining or QSR-concept stores.
