The renowned food columnist Datin Faridah Begum’s secret recipes had amazed the guests who were present during the cooking class on July 25, in conjunction with the launching of the Princess Eco-Shower Deep Fryer. In the cooking class, Datin Faridah shared with the audience her cooking tips and unique ways to prepare quick and delicious meals with various Pacific West products. Her favourite recipes included Honey Lemon Dill Fish Fillets & Italian Salad, Salt & Pepper Squid Chunks with Percik Sauce, Seafood Combo with Spaghetti Arrabiata etc. As a highlight, the guests were also treated with Island Way Sorbet, a 95% Fat free dessert which complements the perfect taste of Pacific West meals.
Organised by Kollektion Haus and co-sponsored by Pacific West & CIMB bank, this cooking class received overwhelming response from the CIMB card members.
