PW’s Crispy Battered Soft Shell Crab beat off strong competition to capture the judges’ imagination and taste-buds at Australia’s premier food expo recently held in Sydney; scoring high marks for taste, product consistency and presentation.
Industry awards such as these are highly regarded, as they are conferred by a panel of leading industry experts familiar with new food product developments and innovations. When these guys say that something’s good, they know what they’re talking about!
