IFoodex 2007
The iFOODex was held in PISA from 22 – 24 June 2007. This annual event saw a convergence of many local and international brands taking part in Penang. As a Gold Sponsor, Pacific West brand took part in the event in a big way. Besides promoting and selling frozen products, a cooked seafood menu was being offered to the customers. A sale promotion of free cool bag with every purchase of 3 packs of Pacific West products was held during the 3 day event.
Apart from the promotional activities, a cooking demonstration by Chef Audee was held for 3 days. A variety of culinary delights consist of Tempura Fish, Fish Cocktail, Marinated Prawn and Squid Chunk was shared by the Chef. |
